1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are only applicable under certain conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with printing errors attributable to BrumPrint.com, you are eligible for a reprint or refund.
- Incorrect Order Received: If you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will rectify the mistake by reprinting the correct order or issuing a refund.
- Quality Issues: If the print quality does not match the approved proof or our advertised standards, you may request a reprint or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
- Customer Errors: Any errors in the provided content, such as typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect specifications approved by the customer during the proofing process.
- Change of Mind: Since all products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or reprints for changes of mind after the order has been processed.
- Color Variations: Minor color variations between the digital proof and the final product are possible and are not considered defects.
3. Return and Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@brumprint.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage
- Assessment: Our customer service team will assess your claim and may request additional information if necessary.
- Resolution: Upon approval, we will offer the following resolutions based on the situation:
- Reprint: We will reproduce and resend your order at no additional cost.
- Refund: We will process a full or partial refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Reprints will follow our standard production and delivery timelines.
4. Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Orders: If the return is due to an error on our part, all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement will be covered by BrumPrint.com.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: In cases where returns are accepted but not due to our error, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
5. Cancellations
- Before Production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the production process has begun.
- After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are not possible, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
6. Exceptions
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer returns or refunds outside of the stated policy. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any concerns you may have.
